Two words that spell seasons' beginning. Every year before the spring has sprung, riders head for a tune up in warmer climes. Big hours on pristine roads that seem to have been laid for the sole purpose of riding. Quality preparation only interrupted by much needed feed stops and bookended with recovery time, ideally next to a pool. This is training camp.
