FESTIVE 500

1. 20% off reward Riders who successfully complete the Rapha Festive 500 2025 challenge on Strava will receive a 20% discount unique code, redeemable on full-price products only. To receive a code, riders must submit their email address via the completion form that appears once the Strava challenge is completed. The form will also be available on the Festive 500 page on the Rapha website and will close on 02 January 2026. Discount codes will be emailed to eligible riders by 06 January 2026. The discount can be redeemed online at rapha.cc or in Rapha Clubhouses. Each code is valid for one transaction only, cannot be combined with other promotional codes, and cannot be applied retrospectively. The offer applies to full-price items only and excludes sale items, bundles, events, seasonal promotions, limited editions, RCC membership, and gift vouchers. Code valid until 31 March 2026.

2. Partner Prize Draw One eligible rider who completes the Rapha Festive 500 2025 and successfully submits their email address via the challenge completion form will be selected at random to receive a partner prize selection. The winner will be drawn on 06 January 2026. The winner will be notified and announced on the same day via the contact details provided at entry. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Rapha reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances require. Only one entry per rider is permitted.

RCC RENEWAL VOUCHER

1. Qualifying Orders (Eligibility): This offer is an exclusive offer, eligible to those who are invited to renew to RCC. The voucher will be sent via email on 18/02/2026. 2. Voucher Redemption Terms: The unique, single-use code is valid until 01/12/2026. Vouchers are only redeemable for purchases made on Rapha.cc and are not applicable in Clubhouses or via Resellers. This voucher cannot be redeemed against Special Editions, discounted items, events, Bike Hire or RCC Membership. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers, and the voucher value excludes shipping cost 3. Returns and Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or invalidate the voucher if the qualifying order that entitled the customer to the voucher is returned for a refund.

BLACK FRIDAY - SPEND & SAVE

1. Qualifying Orders (Eligibility): This offer is valid for orders placed between 28/11/2025 and 01/12/2025. To qualify, customers must meet the minimum spend for their region: GBP: Spend £200 to receive a £50 voucher; USD: Spend $200 USD to receive a $50 voucher; EUR: Spend €200 (or equivalent local value) to receive a €50 voucher; AUD: Spend A$400 to receive an A$100 voucher; JPY: Spend ¥45,000 to receive a ¥10,000 voucher. WOMEN'S 100 STRAVA COMPLETION CODE

Discount codes will be rewarded to riders who completed the Rapha Women's 100 on Strava. In order to receive a code, riders will be required to enter their email address into the completion form triggered via the Strava challenge completion pop-up. This form will close on 19 September 2025 and will also be accessible via the Women's 100 page on the Rapha website. Codes will be sent out via email by 21 September 2025. Discount is redeemable against online purchases at rapha.cc or in Rapha clubhouses. Code is valid for one transaction only, it cannot be used in conjunction with other codes and the offer cannot be applied retrospectively. Discount applies to selected full-price items and cannot be applied to bundles, items in the sale, events, seasonal promotions, limited editions, RCC membership or gift vouchers. SIGN UP FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A RAPHA GIFT VOUCHER

Visitors may be offered the means to enter via the Rapha website. Entering your email address (and mobile phone number in the United States), and confirming your subscription(s) will confirm your entry.

Rapha will draw one (1) winner from all new global email signups received during the months where this promotion is advertised, who are still opted in at the point of the drawing. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of signups and active new subscribers in the month. Visitors who have previously opted out from Rapha’s marketing communications are eligible for this promotion for their first re-opt-in only.

Win Your Order Competition

1.Period

The competition starts on February 17th 0:00 (UTC+08) and ends on February 22th 23:59 UTC+08. All eligible orders must be placed within this time frame.

2. Eligibility

Entry into Win Your Order Competition is automatic upon placing a qualifying order during the competition period and customers will not receive a confirmation email for their competition entry.
All entries have an equal and random chance of winning.
This competition is open only to customers whose shipping address for the order is in one of the following targeted locales: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, South Korea, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.
Orders placed through clubhouses and wholesale partners are excluded from this competition.

3. The Prize

8 lucky customers will win a refund for the full value of their eligible order placed during the competition period.
The maximum total refund amount is capped at USD $2,000 (Two Thousand United States Dollars) or the equivalent amount in local currency at the exchange rate determined by the Promoter on the day of the refund.
The purchase of an annual Rapha Cycling Club (RCC) membership or any Gift Card is not included in this competition. Orders that included an RCC membership or/and any Gift Card purchase will be disqualified.
The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for the order.
Import tax and shipping in the order is not included in this refund.
Any discount applied to the order at the time of purchase will be factored into the refund amount, meaning the refund will be based on the total paid value of the order after any discounts.
Any partial refund will be factored into the refund.
Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Winners Selection and Notification

All entries have an equal and random chance of winning.
8 entries will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The winners will be announced on March 17th.
Rapha will contact the winners via the email address associated with the winning order. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, new winner(s) may be selected.
Customers who have not been contacted by Rapha, they should assume they have not won the prize.
Rapha reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the order is deemed fraudulent.

5. General Conditions

Rapha reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Rapha’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
