RCC Summit - Chiang Mai Essential Information
As RCC Summits are pinnacle events, demand for tickets is very high. We are introducing a ballot system in 2025, which is intended to be the fairest means of obtaining a ticket and ensuring our global membership is represented.
The RCC Summit 2026 ballot will be open for about two weeks, from Wednesday, October 29, 2025 until 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
Successful applicants are chosen through a random draw, and will be notified from November 27, 2025.
Early Registration of Interest: There was no priority given to registering interest earlier in the year, as successful applicants are chosen through a random draw.
As the RCC Summit is an oversubscribed event, we aim to keep the Ballot as fair as possible, which is why we only accept one application per member, per email address and per rapha.cc account.
This application may be for two members, but you must specify the name and rapha.cc email of this person, along with ticket preference, either for sharing room, partner or single room. This person must also be RCC members at time of application, until the end of the Summit. .
Anyone wishing to enter the ballot (including plus one) must be an active RCC member at the time of application to be eligible, and if selected, must agree to maintain active RCC membership until the end of the trip, otherwise your place on the Summit will be void.
Please note, tickets must not be sold, transferred or advertised for sale or transfer online or elsewhere. Any tickets advertised for sale or transfer will be void. Those unsuccessful in the ballot will be granted access to any returns or voided tickets, or where successful applicants may no longer be able to join.
After the Summit Ballot closes, attendees will be selected at random from all eligible entries. If selected, you will be contacted from November 27, 2025, to confirm your place and provide payment. All successful applicant tickets will be held until 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday December 7, 2025 after which their offer will be retracted and offered to another applicant.
A second round of applications will open for about two weeks, from Wednesday 11 February, 2026 until 11:59 PM GMT on Sunday, March 1, 2026. If you missed out in the first ballot and are still an active member, you’ll automatically be entered into the next round.
In order to confirm all entries are active RCC members, we kindly ask that use your rapha.cc email address.
If your application is unsuccessful, we warmly encourage you to apply again for the next Summit.
Please note that there are no non-residential places available this year. If your application is not accepted, we kindly ask that you do not travel to Chiang Mai during the event dates or attempt to access the Summit hotel, routes, or other event areas.
In the event of non-compliance, membership will be immediately voided without exception.
