Our approach to protecting human rights focuses on transparency, accountability and working on enhancing worker rights.

Rapha relies on people. From the workers who make our kit to the communities we ride with, people have always been at the heart of our sport. We can’t consider cycling sustainability without also thinking carefully about the human impact.

That is why we are committed to respecting and promoting internationally-recognised labour rights across our operations and supply chain.

Transparency is key to this endeavour and to safeguarding workers’ rights. It helps identify risks to people, empowers workers and gives customers insight into where their products are made.

That is why we’ve been publishing our tier 1 suppliers (who make our finished products) on the Open Supply Hub since 2022. It makes our due diligence data more transparent and easier to engage with.
